2. User Responsibilities

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment as specified.

Prices are subject to change prior to final booking confirmation.

Payment methods accepted include M-Pesa, bank transfer, and online card payments via secure platforms.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are only effective upon receipt of written notification.
Cancellation conditions may vary between suppliers, and in certain cases stricter cancellation terms may apply. Please consult your travel consultant for any supplier-specific cancellation policies relating to your booking.

General Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following cancellation and refund terms apply unless otherwise specified:
Cancellation Period Before Service Date;

Refund Due 91 days or more 75% refund (25% non-refundable deposit retained)
90 – 46 days-50% refund
45 days or less-No refund

Any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, or supplier-imposed penalties may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Amendments & Changes to Itineraries

Tulivu Holiday Deals Limited reserves the right to amend itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, lodge closures, airstrip closures, or other operational requirements. Every effort will be made to adhere to the original itinerary wherever reasonably possible.
Clients may request amendments to their itinerary, and Tulivu Holiday Deals Limited will endeavour to accommodate such requests where feasible. Any costs, cancellation fees, amendment charges, or supplier penalties arising from such changes will be the responsibility of the client.

Important Notice

Tulivu Holiday Deals Limited cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions to flights, road transfers, or other transport services caused by adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. Such delays may result in altered arrival or departure times and missed onward travel connections.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that provides adequate coverage for cancellations, delays, missed connections, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen travel-related events.

 5. Changes to Itineraries

Tulivu Holiday Deals Limited reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, accommodation issues, or local restrictions). We will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain personal travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events. Tulivu Holiday Deals Limited is not liable for any losses not directly caused by our actions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, photos, videos, descriptions, and designs, is the property of Tulivu Holiday Deals Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tulivu Holiday Deals Limited shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during travel booked through our platform, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
